I’m Lauren…
I’m a wife, mom, and passionate birth doula living just outside of Pittsburgh with my beloved husband and our beautiful son. His birth was a transformative experience that sparked my deep dive into all things maternal and inspired my journey to become a doula. In the fall of 2023, I began pursuing my doula certification through the Masters of Maternity program at CCAC, a step that felt like walking through doors God had clearly opened for me.
As a doula, I’m here to support you in a way that feels personalized and meaningful. I’m not here to replace your partner but to encourage and empower them as we work together to create a strong, supportive team. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated, hospital, or home birth — or anything in between — I’m here to help educate and empower you to make the choices that feel right for you and your family.
I specialize in supporting VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) and redemptive birth stories. I believe in the power of healing through birth and am honored to walk alongside families as they reclaim their birth experiences with confidence and hope. My prayer is that our time together leaves you feeling informed, equipped, and truly empowered, no matter what kind of birth you’re envisioning.
In addition to my work as a doula, I lead Hopeful Hearts, a support group for women navigating the unique challenges of secondary infertility. This virtual space is a safe and compassionate environment to share your story, find encouragement, and connect with others who understand this journey. It’s a reflection of my heart to provide care and support for women in every season of motherhood — because no woman should feel alone in her struggles.
